Western Villages is Scotland’s largest ‘Net Zero Carbon’ housing development.

It forms a significant part of one of Europe’s largest housing-led regeneration projects.

Located in Granton, North Edinburgh, Western Villages comprises 444 one, two, and three-bedroom homes.

This project is led by main contractor CCG (Scotland) Ltd, on behalf of The City of Edinburgh Council.

Our scope of work includes the installation of a 50mm Cemfloor by McGraths to common areas across 6 accommodation blocks.

Having Titan, our TransMix truck, means bringing all the materials to the site and delivering fresh screed at the point of installation.

It’s a sustainable solution for housebuilders.
